GEO and AI visibility
GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) is the work that gets ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and other AI models to know your brand and recommend it in their answers. It comes down to consistency in three areas: your site’s technical build, so AI crawlers can move around it freely; content about your brand, on your site and beyond it, where models can find answers to your customers’ questions; and brand authority, backed up by external sources, reviews, social media and other trust signals. BrandinAI shows you what to improve first in each of these areas and suggests concrete actions.
SEO looks after where your site ranks in Google. GEO looks after whether ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and other AI models mention and recommend your brand in their answers. The two complement each other, but ranking high on Google doesn’t guarantee that AI will recommend you. BrandinAI shows you how AI models see you and tells you what to improve.
Usually because ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and other AI models can’t find enough trustworthy information about your brand, or come across your competitors more often. Each model draws on slightly different sources, so your brand can be visible in one and missing from another. BrandinAI shows you which prompts and models you’re missing from, who AI recommends instead of you and which sources it relies on, then suggests what to improve.
No, you can’t buy a spot in the answers from ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and other AI models, but you can earn one. The ads that appear alongside some AI assistants are a separate, labeled format shown next to the answer, not a recommendation from the model. Whether AI recommends your brand comes down to your website, your content and the sources about you online. BrandinAI shows you what to improve there and checks whether your changes are paying off.
No. Nobody can honestly guarantee a spot in AI answers, because the models and the sources they draw on are constantly changing. What you can do is align with the way AI models choose brands: based on your brand’s data, BrandinAI points out concrete steps that help AI get to know you better, “like” you and be more likely to recommend you. Each new measurement shows which of those steps are paying off.
It depends on your industry, your competition and the scale of your changes, but the first signs often show up within just a few weeks, especially in models that search the web in real time. What models already have “in their heads” changes more slowly, so allow a few months for the full effect. BrandinAI shows these changes as a trend, and you choose how often it measures, anywhere from daily to monthly.
How BrandinAI works
BrandinAI is a system that monitors how visible brands are in the answers of ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and other AI models. It measures how often models mention your brand, what position they put it in, the tone they use about it and which competitors they compare it with. BrandinAI collects the data, flags problems and suggests concrete actions that help make your brand more visible in AI.
With a free BrandinAI audit, which gives you a first picture of how AI sees you in just a few minutes. Enter your website address and BrandinAI identifies your brand and competitors on its own, with no card and nothing to install. Then you choose a package, and BrandinAI regularly collects data and turns it into concrete recommendations on what to do so AI recommends you more often.
BrandinAI systematically does what you can’t do by hand: it regularly asks multiple AI models the same questions and records the results for your brand and your competitors. Checking by hand gets you one answer, from one model, on one day, often shaped by your own chat history, so it’s easy to end up with a misleading picture. In BrandinAI you see the trend over time and the sources the answers are based on, and from that you get a prioritized task list plus the BIA assistant to help you get the tasks done.
Yes. BrandinAI compares your brand with your competitors in AI answers to the same prompts, so you see who the models recommend, how often, in what position and in what tone. To get you started, AI picks your competitors, and you can change and expand the list freely, with no limit on any package. That way you know in which prompts and models your competitors have the edge, and where you can close the gap fastest.
No. BrandinAI doesn’t send competitors any notifications, and your projects and results are visible only to you and the people you invite. The comparison is based on AI models’ answers to your prompts, so there’s no way for a competitor to find out you’re keeping an eye on them.
AI models and measurement
BrandinAI monitors 9 AI models: ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, Copilot, Claude, Perplexity, Grok and DeepSeek. Each package comes with a default set of models that you can adjust when you buy, and on the Flexible Plan you choose which models to track yourself. You’ll find the details in the package comparison.
Not always, and that’s on purpose. Answers in ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and other AI models are personalized: they depend on your account, your chat history or your location, much like results in a traditional search engine. What’s more, even if you ask the same model the same question several times, you may get slightly different answers. That’s why BrandinAI asks the way a new, signed-out user would (a bit like browsing in incognito mode) and repeats its measurements regularly. You get a more objective picture of your brand that you can compare with your competitors and track as a trend, not a single answer from a single day.
Yes, because BrandinAI doesn’t make anything up: it collects the answers AI models actually give, then processes and interprets them. Its conclusions come from many measurements, not from a single answer. Each measurement covers all your prompts in every model you’ve chosen, and measurements repeat regularly. So you’re looking at averages and trends, not a random result from one day.
BrandinAI checks AI answers as often as you need, anywhere from daily to monthly. Each package has a default frequency that you can change when you buy, and on the Flexible Plan you can set it however you like, for example every 3 days. Monitoring within the scope of your package is included in the price and doesn’t use any extra credits.
Yes. BrandinAI monitors prompts in different languages and for different markets, from an entire country down to a specific city. Each project has its own language and region, so to track one brand across several markets, you set up a separate project for each.
A mention is when AI names your brand in its answer, and a citation is a link to a page the model gave as its source. BrandinAI shows you both, so you also see how often AI cites your own domain versus third-party sites, and you know where it’s worth building your brand’s presence.
Results and the BIA assistant
Check in BrandinAI which model gets it wrong and on which prompt, then fix the sources AI relies on: your own website, your business profiles and the sites AI cites. You can’t edit a model’s answer itself, but you’ll see the effect in the following measurements.
No. BrandinAI turns your results into concrete tasks, and the task manager helps you plan them and track your progress. The BIA assistant explains the charts in plain language, suggests where to start and walks you through how to complete each task. You roll out the changes in whatever way works for you: on your own, with your team or with partners you already work with.
BIA (Brand Intelligence Assistant) is the AI assistant in your BrandinAI dashboard, combining expert knowledge of GEO and AI models with always-on access to all of your brand’s data. BIA works like your personal expert, available 24/7: explaining your results, showing where competitors are winning, pointing out priorities and helping you build a GEO strategy. The BIA assistant is included in every package, and conversations with BIA draw on your credits.
Packages, credits and payments
The price depends on how many prompts, AI models and credits you need. You’ll find prices for every package on our pricing page, and you pay less with yearly billing. You can also start with a free audit that gives you a one-time visibility check, or build your own Flexible Plan, which the configurator prices instantly.
No, the prices on our pricing page exclude VAT, which is added at checkout based on your country and business status: customers in Poland pay 23%, EU businesses with a valid EU VAT number pay 0% under the reverse charge, and customers outside the EU pay no VAT.
BrandinAI packages differ mainly in scale: the number of prompts and AI models you track, how often monitoring runs and the size of your credit pool. Every ready-made package includes monitoring, competitor comparison, cited source tracking, action recommendations, a site audit and the BIA assistant (the last two draw on credits), with unlimited projects, competitors and users. You can tailor any package when you buy, or build your own with the Flexible Plan. You’ll find the exact numbers in the package comparison.
Credits are BrandinAI’s currency for actions that go beyond the ongoing monitoring in your package. You use them for things like conversations with the BIA assistant, GEO site audits, content strategies and extra ideas for new prompts and topics, while tracking the prompts in your package doesn’t use any credits. Every package comes with a credit pool that renews monthly, and you can increase it when you buy or later in your subscription.
When your credits run out, BrandinAI monitoring keeps running and you choose one of two options. You can buy a one-off credit pack in the dashboard, valid for 12 months, or increase the monthly pool in your subscription so more credits renew every month.
Yes, you can change your BrandinAI package in the dashboard at any time. If you move to a smaller package, prompts above the new limit aren’t deleted, just paused, and they’re tracked again once you upgrade.
You pay for BrandinAI by card via Stripe, monthly or yearly. Prices on our pricing page exclude VAT, which is added at checkout. After every payment you get an invoice by email, and you can also find it in your dashboard. You can cancel your subscription yourself at any time, and it stays active until the end of the paid period.
Teams and multiple brands
Yes, in BrandinAI you create as many projects as you need, each with its own prompts, competitors, language and region. You split your package’s prompts and credits across projects however suits you, and when you add more brands, you can upgrade your package or build your own with the Flexible Plan.
Yes, on a paid package you can invite as many people as you like to your BrandinAI organization and give them view or edit access to selected projects. Invited members work within the organization owner’s package, drawing on the owner’s prompt and credit limits.
Security and data
Yes, BrandinAI processes personal data in line with the GDPR. Our privacy policy explains who the data controller is, why we process your data and what rights you have. If you have any questions about your personal data, get in touch with us.
No, all BrandinAI needs is your brand name, your website address and the prompts you want to track. It doesn’t need access to your CMS, analytics or customer data, it doesn’t change anything on your website, and the audit only reads your public pages.
ContentInAI
ContentInAI is a separate tool for creating SEO and GEO content, integrated with BrandinAI. It has its own packages, so it isn’t included in the BrandinAI price. It helps you plan and write content that answers your customers’ questions and builds your brand’s visibility both in Google and in AI answers. You can check the packages at contentinai.com, and when you use ContentInAI through BrandinAI, your accounts are connected and data flows between the two tools.
